Terms of Service 

By ordering brownies, you are abiding by the Terms of Service. ( The same thing applies to Stitch and Sugar.) 

Allergy Responsibility Agreement:

We must inform you that when you order brownies from us you understand that all allergies that you have are not included in the list we give you on the "Home" page, if you have any of the allergies and you order it will be terminated if we are informed. If you eat the brownies and you have a reaction all responsibility is on you and we take no fault in the reaction.

Clean & Sanitary Space Agreement:

We want all consumers to understand that all brownies are made in sanitary places. If you find any object or anything that is out of the ordinary, we do not take responsibility for it. We will not add anything to the brownies. Here is the list of stuff that we do take responsibility for if you find it in or on your brownie(s): Chocolate Chips, Peanuts (if requested, will not be added unless requested to). If you find any of those in your brownies, then we will take responsibility for it.
